Developing a growth strategy for Capterra

Capterra’s team was struggling to  prioritize all of their team’s ideas, customer feedback and opportunities. They asked Knurture to help prioritize their 2018 roadmap.

During a two day workshop, we taught the Capterra team how to spot opportunities for growth — by mapping where their users want to make progress, but encounter friction.

Identifying areas where Capterra's customers encountered struggles, lapses, obstacles, and workarounds was key to prioritizing the product roadmap.

“This process helps companies take feedback and transform it into an actionable roadmap that supports their growth goals.”

At the end of our two day workshop, the Capterra team had turned feedback into a prioritized roadmap for 2018.
